NO SERVICE FEESREVENUE / PERFORMANCE SHARE ONLY

Under the Multi-Account Management (MAM) structure, compensation is strictly revenue / performance share only, according to the applicable programme and agreed terms.

Client share can range from 50% up to 60%, depending on the programme and agreed terms.

Specific terms depend on the applicable programme and provider.

Premium Account Management Notice

FEES MAY APPLY OR MAY NOT APPLY

For bespoke mandates (generally around US$100,000+), revenue/performance sharing may also apply.

Depending on the mandate, the structure may involve service fees, performance sharing, both, or an arrangement without a separate service fee.

Commercial terms are individually structured and disclosed before participation.

Physical Asset Due Diligence

Physical Asset Risk & Independent Verification

Physical mining and resource assets carry geological, operational, regulatory, title, environmental, logistical and market risks.

Smart Trading does not provide investment guarantees, assured valuations or capital-return guarantees in respect of physical assets.

TECHNICAL & GEOLOGICAL ADVISORY NOTICE:

Geological indications, exploration data and visual extraction records do not guarantee commercial viability or reserves unless independently certified under recognised reporting standards (e.g. JORC or NI 43-101).
