Eligibility

Onboarding and Trading Services
Service Scope
Smart Trading provides client onboarding and account-route guidance. We do not hold client funds, execute trades, and are not a broker, custodian, bank, exchange, or deposit-taking institution, or financial adviser.
Broker Handoff
After onboarding, your selected route — Direct Traders, Account Management and Copy Trading — continues through your broker or program provider. Account approval, custody, deposits, withdrawals, and execution remain with the broker.
Risk Disclosure
User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. By submitting content, you grant Smart Trading a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it as necessary to provide our services.
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Smart Trading does not endorse or assume liability for user content.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Termination
Smart Trading may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
